Cornelius Claudio Kreusch: CEO & Founder

Born in 1968, CCK brings a vast experience in the music business to the table, as producer, label owner, publisher, digital distributor & active member of many leading industry organizations. He is the Founder of MUSICJUSTMUSIC, where he works passionately on his vision of an entertainment company for the 21st century, that is based on technology, innovation, automated operations, accurate rich data transfer & a fair music business. The Steinway Artist & virtuoso pianist (“A pianist who sounds like no one else”, Boston Sunday Globe) graduated from Berklee College of Music (BM) & Manhattan School of Music (MM). He also studied economics, engineering & law. He has worked with the likes of Herbie Hancock, Bobby McFerrin, Salif Keïta, Kenny Garrett, to name a few. CCK started to set up his digital distribution network at the very early stages of the digital market, in 2002. Since then he has been invited to speak at industry events about the incredible possibilities in Digital Distribution & his vision of a Fair New Music Business. He advises industry organizations & clients about their strategies in the rapidly changing music business & is an avid spokesman for the independents’ rights & the future of music in the digital domain. He runs marathon, does Yoga & loves to do anything creative, communicative & fun.

Thomas Matzner: Software Architect

Born in 1953, Thomas Matzner finished his Computing Science studies in Munich in 1979. He collected experience in software development, design & management with the German elite software contractor sd&m, for which he built up & managed their first regional office. Since 1992, Thomas Matzner has been working as an independent consultant in the field of software analysis & design. His clients are major companies of varying lines of business, including insurance, trade, automotive, publishing, & telecommunications. Since the foundation of MUSICJUSTMUSIC in 2005, he has been responsible for all information technology affairs within the company. One of his key ambitions is to put the fundamental structures of software systems straight, right from the beginning, so that future requirements & enhancements can seamlessly be introduced later on. In his private life, Thomas Matzner enjoys mountain hiking, cross country skiing, & photographing. His musical enthusiasm has shifted from actively playing the violin to listening, mostly of classical repertoire.

Nina Blümel: Corporate Communications

Born in 1979, Nina Blümel received her early studies at the Waldorf Schools. From the age of 6 on she enjoyed a very successful career as a child & teenage tennis star, winning many national tournaments. She later graduated from the “Bavarian Academy for Communications & Marketing” & worked in various established publishing companies, magazines & TV stations. Since 2000 she has been closely working together with CCK, designing & building their companies BlackMudSound Records, CCKmusic.com, & MUSICJUSTMUSIC. Her private passion is her family.
