MUSICJUSTMUSIC™ CIO Thomas Matzner to speak at CeBIT 2007, the world's leading business event for the digital world, taking place in Hannover.

Evaluating his experiences during foundation & start-up of MUSICJUSTMUSIC™, he presents various advice when building a company. The main focus of his lecture is geared towards forging the team of managing partners, setting up rules (& non-rules) for running a company, while balancing the interests of suppliers of ideas, work & funds.

This is a contrast to many “how-to” guidelines that concentrate on handling the formalities around trade register & company statutes. These formal activities will, in his experience, go off smoothly if the partners have a deep common understanding of their goals, potentials & limitations. While not all solutions we found for MUSICJUSTMUSIC™ will be transferable to other enterprises, the questions themselves & the attitude to solve them can guide other founders during those crucial early phases.
