Los Angeles based Jamie Chvotkin attended the University of Hartford & graduated with a BA in Cinema. The day after graduation, he accepted a job with Shooting Gallery in New York City, the premiere independent film studio known for releasing the films Sling Blade, Croupier & Henry Fool. For three years, he worked in the marketing department, overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns for over 30 releases & the Shooting Gallery Film Series @LOEWS Cineplex. The past 8 years were spent working for CD Baby & Film Baby in Portland, Oregon, with the last three years as COO of the company, helping 350,000 musicians & filmmakers sell their works worldwide.
In 2008, Film Baby, OWNED BY JAMIE CHVOTKIN, as well as CD Baby were sold to Discmakers for a total of $22 million dollars. His passion are great independent artists & labels, who deserve a wide global audience. At MUSICJUSTMUSIC®, Jamie Chvotkin oversees client relations for the United States as Director of Business Development. He also acts as nexus for filmmakers seeking production or investment by Hollywood studios for his Washington based company Film Bureau, an MJM Affiliate.

Ron Crowe began as a choreographer & dancer and co-founder of the legendary New York City based dance group "Step Fenz". He gained production accolades such as with the MTV award winning video "Dance Dance" for Fall Out Boy. This led to principle work with Major Label artists Mariah Carey & Aretha Franklin amongst many others, such as video VMA winner "Dance Dance" for Fall Out Boy. In 2002 Ron Crowe launched & co-founded his multi-dimensional media company (Time Signature Productions), dedicated to the art of branding premium entertainment live & digitally for the world. As CEO of Time Signature Ron oversees marketing & brand related campaigns for the likes of NIKE, FILA, & FASHION WEEK consecutively for Hurst LLC & Nordstrom.
In 2003 Ron Crowe co-produced music for the video game release "Playboy the Mansion" which sold over 500,000 copies. In 2009 Ron co-founded FLAVORMAG, an online urban/lifestyle publication in Germany, which is rated the #2 magazine online for urban lifestyle in the GSA region by internet retailer AMAZON. At MUSICJUSTMUSIC®, Ron Crow acts as VP of Business Development Worldwide, with a focus on Urban Music & Brand Partnerships. His goal is to create the premier & cutting edge Urban roaster, catalog & brand partnership portfolio for MUSICJUSTMUSIC®.

Nina Blümel is an original & current Co-Founder of MUSICJUSTMUSIC®. She received her Diploma in Marketing & Communications from the Bavarian Academy for Public Relations & Marketing (Akademie f�r Werbung & Marketing, BAW) in Munich. She worked with different publishing houses in Munich, before co-founding the music companies BlackMudSound Records in 2001, BlackMudSound Publishing in 2003, as well as the New York City based CCKmusic.com LLC in 2004, together with MJM Founder Cornelius Claudio Kreusch, which ultimately led to the creation of MUSICJUSTMUSIC®. It was her business instinct & dedication that led the company to embrace the digital music business as early as 2003.
At that time, although only available in the USA, due to her persistency, the company received one of the first iTunes label agreements. By the end of 2004, under her direction the company was signed with all major digital music platforms which set the base for MUSICJUSTMUSIC® & an automated handling of all related data & operations. The former successful German tennis pro & avid Waldorf student heads Corporate Communications for MUSICJUSTMUSIC®.
